DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING and DELIVERY?
At Bullion Express, you will receive free shipping on orders with a minimum of $149.00 or greater, that apply to domestic orders within the lower 48 states, before taxes (if applicable) are calculated.
At checkout, additional options for shipping carriers and services may be calculated and offered at an additional charge.
Shipping and handling taxes may also be applied.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?
Bullion Express packages and ships your order within 1-3 days AFTER your payment has cleared in most cases.
Our fulfillment team operates M-F (except for certain holidays) to get your orders out as quickly as possible. Handling times may also be affected by holiday schedules, demand of certain items or instances of inclement weather.
Depending on the carrier and its service level, it may take up to 5-7 working business days AFTER your order has shipped before arriving to you.
You will receive an email notification with a tracking number once your order is packaged and shipped. You can also track your order through your profile page here. Tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to be recognized by carriers. If attempting to track your package and your inquiry returns a non-trackable message, please try again at a later time.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
No, we only ship within the United States lower 48 states. Please note, we currently do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska.
HOW DO YOU PACKAGE YOUR SHIPMENTS?
Bullion Express orders are currently shipped via USPS (US Mail) and/or UPS.
Items are inspected and securely packaged to prevent shifting while in transit. For your safety and discretion, the return address and box exterior give no insights as to the nature of the items within the package.
CAN YOU SHIP MY ORDER TO A PO BOX?
Yes we can. Please make sure you select the appropriate shipping option (USPS). If your order qualifies for free shipping, we will make sure they are shipped via USPS.
IS MY PACKAGE INSURED WHILE IN TRANSIT?
Yes, each package is fully insured for the full locked in value of the product(s) on your order while in transit, subject to the following limitations.
- We must be informed of a lost package within thirty (14) calendar days from the date of shipment. Please email [email protected] as soon as possible.
- Neither we, nor our insurance provider, are liable for any damage to or theft of a shipment, if you leave instructions for any carrier to leave packages unattended without requiring a signature as as requesting the package be left with a third party.
- Neither we, nor our insurance provider, are liable for any damage of product in the shipment due to mishandling of any packages while in transit.
- You agree to cooperate in any investigation and/or claim process and to proactively to any reasonable action required of you during the process. Failure to cooperate will null any coverage that may be provided to you.
IS A SIGNATURE REQUIRED FOR MY SHIPMENT?
All orders of $500.00 or greater will require a signature.
