We send an email confirmation the moment your payment has been processed and applied to the order. If you have not received an email from us, your payment has not yet been processed.

WHAT FORM OF PAYMENT DOES BULLION EXPRESS ACCEPT?

Payment to Bullion Express at the time of submitting your order and must be provided using one of the following:

  • Credit Card (excluding prepaid cards) – accepted for orders up to $15,000 USD. Card pricing will be reflected in the subtotal upon payment option selection. We accept Discover, MasterCard, American Express and Visa. Funds typically process with 24-48 business hours.
  • eCheck (ACH) – accepted for orders up to $15,000. eChecks (ACH) pricing will be reflected in the subtotal upon payment option selection.  Please note that eCheck (ACH) funds may take up to 3-5 business days to settle.

All orders are inspected on a case-by-case basis to minimize the risk of financial fraud. Additional documentation is sometimes required to confirm identity.

Bullion Express reserves the right to cancel any order, upon our sole discretion, if we determine an order to be deemed questionable, suspicious or of significant risk regardless of payment method selected and price.

WHAT IS AN ECHECK?

An eCheck (ACH) allows you to quickly place orders with Bullion Express. eChecks (ACH) are processed either the same day or the following business day.

Your order may be held for up to (2) two to (3) three business days AFTER your payment has settled before being authorized to ship.

 

WHAT IS YOUR GOOD FUNDS POLICY?

Funds are considered “good” (4) four to (5) five business days from the day we receive your eCheck (ACH). Additional holding days may be added if your bank delays confirmation of your payment. Those funds are considered good upon receipt. eCheck (ACH) payments eliminate the need to mail a payment but are still held for verification of funds.

HOW QUICKLY WILL YOU NEED MY PAYMENT?

At this time, payment is due upon submission of your order.

DO YOU ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS?

Yes. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards for payment. They are convenient for paying for smaller orders.

We may hold your order for up to 3 additional days AFTER the funds have settled before being authorized to ship.

DO YOU ACCEPT MONEY ORDERS OR CASHIER’S CHECKS?

No, we do not accept money orders or cashier’s checks.

DO YOU ACCEPT ACH TRANSACTIONS?

We accept eCheck (ACH) payments and this option can be found during checkout page.

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Once we have issued an order number, all prices are locked-in whether buying from us or selling to us. It is not our intention to enter selling transactions, accepting the risks involved, only to have them canceled. However, we realize rare situations happen where orders need to be canceled. Should you elect to cancel, please email [email protected] with your order number including a brief explanation and a support representative will be in contact with you as soon as possible.

All cancellations are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to a $35.00 (USD) cancellation fee at our sole discretion. At that time, if any market loss to Bullion Express has occurred, it will be calculated and added to the $35.00 (USD) cancellation fee. If applicable, any cancellation fee and/or market loss will be charged to your credit card for the full amount due. No future orders may be permitted until any market loss is paid in full. Any market gain on cancellations shall remain the property of Bullion Express.

HOW DO I PAY A MARKET LOSS IF I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you need to cancel your order and, at that time, a market loss to Bullion Express has occurred, it will be calculated and added to the $35.00 (USD) cancellation fee. If applicable, you may elect to pay any market loss by credit card at that time, or we will invoice you and you will then have 30 days to pay the amount due in full. Bullion Express reserves the right to limit any orders, either when buying from or selling to Bullion Express, until any market loss is paid in full. Any market gain on cancellations shall remain the property of Bullion Express. If payment has already been received for the order, market loss or cancellation fees can be deducted from the refunded amount.

CAN I PAY MARKET LOSS USING THE ECHECK(ACH) PAYMENT OPTION?

Yes, however you must call our Support Department.

WHAT CURRENCIES DOES BULLION EXPRESS ACCEPT?

We currently accept payments in U.S. dollars.
