Do you offer free shipping and delivery?

At Bullion Express, you will receive free shipping on orders with a minimum subtotal of $149.00 or greater. This applies to domestic orders within the lower 48 states before taxes (if applicable) are calculated.
At checkout, additional options for shipping carriers and services may be displayed and offered at an additional charge. Shipping and handling taxes may also apply.

How long will it take to get my package?

Bullion Express packages and ships most orders within 1–3 business days after your payment has cleared.
Our fulfillment team operates Monday through Friday, excluding certain holidays, to ensure orders are shipped as quickly as possible. Handling times may be affected by high order volume, holiday schedules, or inclement weather.
Depending on the shipping carrier and service level you select, delivery may take up to 5–7 business days after your order has shipped. You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your order has been packaged and shipped.
Tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to register with carriers. If you attempt to track your package and receive a non-trackable message, please try again later.
Please note that shipping times may vary depending on the carrier, especially during peak or holiday seasons.

Do you ship internationally?

No. At this time, Bullion Express ships only within the continental United States (the lower 48 states). We currently do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska.

How do you package your shipments?

Bullion Express orders are shipped via USPS (U.S. Mail) and/or UPS. Each item is carefully inspected and securely packaged to prevent shifting or damage during transit.
For your security and privacy, our return address and shipping boxes do not reveal the nature or value of the contents.

Can you ship my order to a P.O. Box?

Yes, we can. Please ensure that you select the appropriate shipping method (USPS) during checkout.
If your order qualifies for free shipping, it will automatically be sent via USPS when shipped to a P.O. Box address.

Is my package insured while in transit?

Yes. Every Bullion Express package is fully insured for the full locked-in value of your products while in transit, subject to the following conditions:
We must be notified of any lost package within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of shipment. Please contact [email protected] as soon as possible.
Neither Bullion Express nor our insurance provider is liable for any loss, theft, or damage if you instruct the carrier to leave packages unattended or to leave them with a third party without requiring a signature.
We are not liable for any damage resulting from carrier mishandling while in transit.
You agree to cooperate fully in any investigation or insurance claim process and to take any reasonable actions required of you during that process. Failure to cooperate will void any applicable coverage.

Is a signature required for my shipment?

All orders of $500.00 or greater will require a signature.
