Taxes and Compliance
Will I be charged sales tax?
Some states and local jurisdictions require sales tax on certain precious metals, collectibles, and accessories. Tax is determined by the shipping address you enter at checkout. Any applicable sales tax will be automatically calculated before you complete your purchase.
Will my purchases be reported to the IRS?
Transactions are not reported to the IRS unless required under the guidelines of Form 8300.
Orders and Shipping
When will my order be shipped?
In most cases, orders are shipped within 1–3 business days after payment has cleared. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Do you ship outside the United States?
No. We currently ship only to domestic addresses within the lower 48 U.S. states.
Is my package insured?
Yes. Every shipment is fully insured while in transit for your protection.
Will I have to sign for my order?
Yes. Orders of $500 or more automatically require a signature upon delivery.
How do I track my order?
A tracking number will be emailed once your package has shipped. You can monitor delivery status directly through the carrier.
How is my order packaged?
All products are shipped discreetly with no reference to precious metals on the outside packaging. Items are securely packed to protect against damage in transit.
What happens if my order shows as delivered but I didn’t receive it?
Contact our support team right away. We will start a carrier investigation and assist you through the claim process.
Do you offer local pickup?
At this time, all orders are shipped. We do not currently offer a pickup option.
Payments and Pricing
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and eCheck (ACH).
Can I pay with a debit card?
Yes. Debit cards with a Visa or MasterCard logo are accepted.
Why did the price in my cart change at checkout?
Our pricing updates automatically based on live precious metals markets. The price is locked in once you proceed through checkout. Your final total may also vary depending on payment method.
When is my payment considered cleared?
Credit and debit card payments typically clear immediately. ACH (eCheck) payments require additional time to fully process before shipment.
Why did my ACH order go into a processing status?
ACH requires bank settlement. Your order will ship once funds have fully cleared, which protects against fraud and payment risk.
Will the price change after I complete checkout?
No. Once you finish checkout, the price is locked in and will not change.
Order Changes and Restrictions
Can I add items to my order after checking out?
No. Items cannot be added or combined once an order is submitted. New items require a separate order.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded after checkout because pricing is locked in at the live market rate.
Product Availability
What does “in stock” mean?
Products labeled “in stock” are available to ship once payment has cleared. For back-ordered items, expected lead times will be shown on the product page.
Do you offer bulk, dealer, or wholesale pricing?
Volume-based savings may be available on select products and will be shown on product pages when applicable.
Shipping Cost
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Orders of $149 or more ship free to any address within the lower 48 U.S. states. For orders under $149, shipping options are provided at checkout.
Do you have a minimum purchase amount?
No. There is no minimum spend requirement. However, free shipping begins at $149.
